Many elderly people are excluded from digital services essential for modern life - from GP appointments to banking. DAISI provides support but faces challenges coordinating volunteers, tracking support requests, and reaching those most in need. Traditional contact methods often overwhelm limited staff resources.
Our Solution
EldraDesk is building a Voice AI hub for DAISI that allows elderly callers to request digital assistance, schedule home visits, connect with trained volunteers, and access information about local digital inclusion programmes. The system integrates with DAISI's volunteer management platform and provides analytics on support needs.
